風味展現乾淨、明亮、加強甜感，香氣風味平衡飽滿。

粒徑分布均勻。

上下刀盤表面磨沙處裡，與N-type表面不同。

適用範圍：手沖、摩卡壺、賽風壺、美式。

手沖刻度請參考說明書刻度表「手沖專用款」刻度。

材質：不鏽鋼金屬

刀盤材料：SUS-420J2

刀盤硬度：53 ±1 HRC

金屬刀盤是工具而非收藏藝品，為增加硬度刀盤己做硬化處理，表面也做了防鏽處理，因此表面光澤和照片會略有不同，亦不影響其研磨功能，請放心使用。

由於您手邊的醇鮮電動咖啡慢磨機，經使用後會有機身狀況不一，為確保金屬版手沖專用刀盤的安全使用，請注意以下事項：
1、安裝上下刀盤後，請將刻度調至「5」位置。
2、啟動機器後(不放咖啡豆)，從刻度「5」開始，緩慢往刻度「2」旋轉。
3、當您聽到金屬摩擦聲時，請停止旋轉。
此時的刻度即為金屬刀盤可使用的最小刻度，不建議再往下調整。

請注意，多次金屬刀盤的摩擦會導致損壞，請嚴格按照以上步驟操作，以確保金屬刀盤的正常運作和延長使用壽命。

※金屬刀盤較銳利，請小心拿取。

1. After installing the upper and lower cutterheads, adjust the scale to the "5" position.

2. After starting the machine, begin at the "5" scale and slowly rotate toward the "2" scale.

3. When you hear the sound of metal friction, stop rotating immediately. The scale at this point is the minimum safe scale for the metal cutterhead and should not be adjusted further.

Please note that repeated metal-on-metal friction will cause damage to the cutterhead. Strictly follow the above steps to ensure the normal operation of the metal cutterhead and extend its service life.
