NAMIDA-valley Specialty Coffee Farm

Varieties: Typica, Bourbon
The coffee trees are cultivated in mountain valleys with significant temperature differences between day and night, growing year-round amidst layers of mist.
In collaboration with international techniques, the farm adopts a natural, eco-friendly cultivation approach.
With the guidance of professional roasters, Q-graders, and brewers, innovative post-harvest methods have been introduced, including low-temperature anaerobic fermentation, double anaerobic fermentation, and CO2 anaerobic fermentation, to bring out the finest expressions of flavor in the coffee beans.
