流淚谷精品咖啡莊園
品種：Typica、Bourbon
咖啡樹種由日治時期傳承下的「阿拉比卡-鐵筆卡」古老原生種及波旁，移栽在取自於山谷內早晚溫差大、常年在霧氣的圍繞中生長。流淚谷與國外技術對接，以自然生態栽培方式，並以獨特的發酵技術，結合烘焙師、杯測師、釀造師的專業指導，開始使用「低溫厭氧技術」、「雙重厭氧」、「蘭姆酒桶發酵」來後製咖啡豆的風味體現。

發酵處理法：低溫厭氧日曬發酵
淺中烘焙
風味：
中高溫｜蘋果、鳳梨、柑橘、奶油、堅果、糖香
低溫｜風味呈現清爽柑橘和淡淡的甜酒釀。 
低酸度、中甜度、口感清爽滑順。

發酵處理法：二氧化碳發酵

風味：荔枝、鳳梨、水梨、蘋果

發酵處理法：雙重厭氧發酵
